Accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of each participant and should be made based on personal preferences, conditions, and budget. The conference secretariat does not provide centralized accommodation booking.
– How will papers be presented?
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual). Detailed information regarding presentation formats will be announced later.
– What is the maximum number of papers that can be accepted for each corresponding author? There is no limitation in this regard.
– How many papers can an author submit as a first author or co-author?
There is no limitation in this regard.
– Where will the papers be indexed?
All accepted papers will be indexed in ISC. Additionally, the process for IEEE indexing has been initiated and is currently under review.
– What are the requirements for IEEE indexing?
Papers must be prepared and submitted in English using the official template available on the conference website. Persian papers will not be indexed in IEEE and will only be indexed in ISC.
– Are the fees for Persian and English papers the same?
Yes, the registration fees are the same for both Persian and English papers.
– Do English papers also have page limits?
Yes. English papers must be limited to a maximum of 6 pages, and Persian papers up to 6 pages. Additional pages are subject to a fee of $15 per page (or equivalent in local currency).
– Will the presentation certificates differ for oral and poster presentations?
No. The certificates issued for paper presentations are the same for both oral and poster presentations.
