We would like to inform all researchers, faculty members, students, and participants interested in attending the First International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Intelligent & Sustainable Systems that final registration is subject to payment of the applicable fees as outlined in the table below.

Important Notes:

• IEEE membership includes a 20% discount on registration fees.
• In-person registration fees cover one-day lunch, refreshments, conference proceedings (CD), and access to all sessions, panels, and keynote talks.
• Accommodation costs (including lunch for the second conference day) will be calculated separately upon request.
• Each submitted paper requires one full registration.
• For a second or additional paper, a full registration is not required; however, 80% of the base fee will be added per additional paper.
• Group registrations (more than 10 participants) are eligible for a 20% discount. For industries and companies, group registration can be arranged through prior coordination with the conference organizers.
• “Accompanying persons” refer to individuals attending under prior agreement with organizations or companies alongside an official representative. Please note that co-authors or any additional attendees must register under the category “participant without paper”, which is different from the “accompanying persons” category.
