To ensure consistency in the scientific quality and formatting of submitted papers, and to facilitate the review and publication process, all authors are requested to prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the conference guidelines. Papers must be formatted using the official conference template (for English papers, the standard IEEE format is required) and submitted as a PDF file along with an editable Word or LaTeX version through the conference submission system. Papers may be written in Persian or English; however, submission in English is strongly recommended.
Each manuscript should include the following sections: title, authors’ names and affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. Clear, precise, and formal scientific writing is essential. All figures, tables, and equations must be properly numbered and captioned. References should be cited in a consistent and standard format, preferably following the IEEE citation style.
All submissions must be made exclusively through the conference submission system. Correspondence will be conducted via the registered email and announcements on the conference website. Each submitted paper will undergo a peer-review process conducted by expert reviewers. Decisions will be communicated as acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection. Authors are required to address all revisions within the specified deadline for final acceptance.
Please note that each accepted paper requires at least one full registration. Papers that do not comply with the formatting and submission guidelines may be excluded from the review process. Authors are also encouraged to include information regarding funding sources or data availability, if applicable.
