2. Paper Preparation
All submitted papers must be prepared using the official template provided on the conference website. Papers that do not follow the template will not be considered.
Papers may be submitted in Persian or English. The maximum length is 6 pages for English papers and 8 pages for Persian papers.
Submissions must present novel contributions relevant to the conference topics and must not have been previously published.
3. Paper Submission
After registration, please log in to your account and submit your paper through the “My Papers” section.
4. After Submission
Your paper will be received by the conference secretariat and, if it meets the initial requirements, you will be notified via email.
Accepted papers may be presented at the conference after completing the required registration and payment.
The review process will take less than one month, and the final decision will be communicated once the evaluation is completed.
